Stomping Ground Brewery and Beer Hall inside the airport’s Terminal 3 is the first working brewery inside an airport in Australia, and only the fourth in the world.
As part of Melbourne Airport’s initiative to showcase some of the city’s most loved cafes and bars, we’ve joined the likes of Pickett’s Deli and Moors restaurant from celebrated Melbourne restaurateurs Scott Pickett and Shane Delia respectively, EARL Canteen, much loved café Cobb Lane, Axil Coffee Roasters and Proud Mary. Because why shouldn’t our airport have some of Melbourne’s best food and drink!
We teamed up again with our design team Studio Y and Melbourne artist Justine McAllister to ensure that the venue, set against the backdrop of the brewery tanks and the airfield, is the perfect place to relax when your flight is delayed, or stop for a quick beer before you board.
We believe beer should be for everyone, so the 30 taps will pour a wide range of beer styles to suit all tastes, from laid-back easy drinkers to the more adventurous. So why not try before you fly!
